Support: The PolyDyne Support organization is dedicated to ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of our customers. They provide comprehensive customer and technical support to fully address our customers’ needs quickly and accurately.
Consulting: PolyDyne’s consulting team assists companies with business process assessments, integration and custom development.
Training: PolyDyne offers training on-site and on-line for every user level: beginner, intermediate and advanced. All training sessions can be customized to match the user’s role and blend of responsibilities within their organization. In the past, we have tailored training for quoting managers, buyers, purchasing managers, system administrators, sales executives, sales managers, commodity managers, program managers, project managers, and other supply chain management.
