• Outsource Management (OSM) – This process tracks costs from suppliers who provide outsource manufacturing services. OEMs can methodically estimate the “should be” costs prior to receiving the supplier’s proposals. Quotes from various manufacturing suppliers can be quickly evaluated to determine the absolute best cost. Information on your direct demand and influence with component level suppliers is easily highlighted.
